While working with the U.S. Department of State, my team’s initiative was to streamline and modernize 95+ U.S. consular applications, such as the Online Passport Renewal System.

My role involved:

• Facilitating conversations with stakeholders to define key business requirements.

• Adapting and utilizing a design system and React Component Library.

• Building fully interactive prototypes for both public facing and internal dashboards and portals.

• Collaborating with cross-functional team members through the end-to-end product lifecycle.
